Sejauh mana pemahaman Anda mengenai Teori Aktan atau seringkali disebut juga sebagai Teori Aktansial ataupun Teori Aktansial Model A.J. Greimas? Berdasarkan pemahaman saya yang didasarkan pada studi tentang Aktan, secara ringkas saya dapat menjelaskannya dalam uraian berikut ini: Teori Aktan yang dikembangkan oleh A.J. Greimas merupakan model pendekatan alur. Teori model A.J. Greimas digunakan untuk meneliti tindakan-tindakan tokoh yang dianggap sentral dalam cerita, berikut obsesi dan motivasinya, yang mewakili peristiwa-peristiwa utama di dalam alur cerita. Perlu diketahui bahwa teori ini ditemukan oleh A. J. Greimas sekitar tahun 1960-an, yang dinamakan teori struktural model aktan (Hebert, 2005: 63).
